IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CHANGES TO OUR PRECERTIFICATION PROCESS

We are excited to announce an upcoming partnership with Availity, a widely used, industry leading platform, to enhance the way providers submit pre-certification requests. This update introduces a modern, user friendly, industry standard experience for submitting requests, making the process easier and more intuitive for providers. While these changes have not yet been applied, we are proactively reaching out to ensure readiness immediately following deployment.

Please review and retain the following information for successful navigation of the Availity portal, as this page is scheduled to be removed upon our transition date of 08/15/2026.

  • Access the Availity portal by entering your User ID and password. You may already have an existing username and password for Availity access. If you don’t have an Availity account, you will need to create new login credentials.
  • Please retain your Availity login credentials for future use. You will use this login information to submit online precertification requests upon our transition to the Availity platform.
